Ashley Reckdenwald is the founder of Working Mom Notes, a popular Instagram account and online community for working mothers. After struggling work as a Physician's Associate and being a new mom, Ashley tried hard to balance the office, surgeries, breast feeding, and family. She was shy to ask for support, so Ashley created an online Facebook Group in her hometown of Princeton, New Jersey that became a lifesaver. This sense of community led her to create Working Mom Notes, and over six years later she left her work as a P.A. and is now running her online business full time, while raising her kids. Ashley is also the co-host of the Motherhood and Career Collide Podcast.
