In that time I have purchased, sold, refurbed and consulted on thousands of transactions. Any success I’ve had is from my never ending campaign to continually educate myself on this industry and my ability to learn from my mistakes...And I’ve made more mistakes than I can count (My first investment property nearly made me bankrupt for instance) Happily i am still here and still smiling and laughing at myself on a daily basis.
