Audrey Gruss talks about her parents escape from communism in Lithuania following World War 2, her upbringing and the lessons learned from her immigrant parents, and the work she has done in the beauty industry. Audrey also talks about how her mothers struggle with depression inspired the founding of the Hope For Depression Research Foundation. Audrey shares how treatment for depression has stayed the same for the last 35 years - something that urgently needs to change - and shares her hope for the future of treatments and social acceptance of individuals with mental health challenges.
