Hello there, my name is Yvonne Seymour and I am an Advanced EFT Practitioner, Positive Psychology Life Coach & Online Business Mentor based in Shercock Co. Cavan. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments for over 5,000 years, but without the invasiveness of needles. EFT is very complimentary to my practice as an Online Business Mentor because it enables me to help clients, at an even deeper level, to move forward.
