118: What IS "Your Highest Self?"

Every week in the intro I say that we’re going to explore how the chakra system can "lead you closer to your highest self." I’m often purposefully vague about what that is because I think that it’s important that we each make that determination for ourselves. However, I was working with a client last week who wanted a more detailed explanation of exactly WHAT the highest self is. If we don’t define that, how do we know if we’re closer? Or even on the right track? And will we know if we’re there? As I thought about how to answer her without stifling her imagination, I realized that there were so many answers that the concept might deserve it’s own podcast episode. And here we are. Let’s explore the idea of what your highest self is, or could be.
