Emphasizing the importance of seeking appropriate support, whether through counseling or coaching, and finding spiritual alignment during times of trauma. 💪
It was a profound experience to open up and share how seeking support through others guided and helped me navigate through my grief and doubts, ultimately allowing me to continue leading and serving with renewed strength and purpose. 🌈
