"How do you get back to high-impact sports, after an injury?" We get this question all the time, and recently one of our community members wanted to know if we could make a video on, return to impact progressions.

It can be really stressful not knowing how long it will take, what exercises to do if soreness is normal, and how things change based on growth plates vs tendons vs muscular injuries.

In this mini-podcast, Dave breaks down exactly how he makes these programs from scratch and answers all of these questions.
