Alivia Croal, a 22-year-old firefighter with the Toronto Fire Services, is not just notable for her youth, but also for her dedication to making a difference in typically male-dominated fields. Prior to her firefighting career, Alivia served in the Canadian Forces, experiences that have shaped her resilience and sense of service.
Born in Canada with Ukrainian heritage, Alivia is also the founder of the Ace Foundation. This non-profit supports women in first response fields by providing scholarships and financial aid opportunities.
In 2023, Alivia has embarked on a new journey: competing in the Miss Grand pageant. Inspired by her military and first responder experiences, she advocates for the message "stop war and violence", serving as a symbol of peace.
Having faced and overcome numerous challenges, Alivia Croal's story is one of tenacity and ambition. As a military veteran, firefighter, philanthropist, and aspiring pageant queen, she continually strives to make the world a better place.
