Barry first found music when he borrowed his sister's record collection when he was about eight and was hooked. When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. He joined Caroline in 1977, touring the country with the Caroline Roadshow for 10 years, having great fun. Barry helped with tender trips and worked on the Ross Revenge in '84 and '85. ...

This week we are honored to have Will Yip with us for an episode of the pod. Will is a drummer and musician who has worked with Lauryn Hill among other artists as well as a Grammy nominated producer who has made records for Circa Survive, Turnstile, Code Orange, Touché Amoré, Angel Dust, Tigers Jaw and many many more.
In this conversation we discuss his time playing for and working with Lauryn Hill, his approach to making records, how he got his start playing drums, coming up as an Asian-American and son of immigrant parents from China, daily routines and lots lots more.
