Mike is a registered dietitian, certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and certified sports nutritionist through the ISSN. He owns a private practice known as Hammer Away LLC. His mission is to help others take control of their health and progress their body composition and performance to new heights. To accomplish this, and ensure everlasting results, he utilizes a comprehensive approach tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the individual.
