I met James a few months back in Austin, TX for the first time through some mutual friends and we instantly hit it off. James is positive, high-energy, and always brings the best vibes. That same personality shined today in our chat together and I can't wait to share it with you. James has a career in corporate wellness and, on the side, he is an online fitness coach who helps athletes manage their health through mindset, accountability, and execution. He's a former Ohio State track and field athlete, so he knows how to relate deeply when solving problems for his clients. Make sure to check him out.
