The focus of any type of workout or nutrition plan should be to increase consistency. Assuming the plan is effective, the only thing holding you back from getting results is actually doing the work. AKA, following through on your commitments. In this solo episode, I talk about the three ways that I use and help my clients use to increase their consistency and get drastically better results. Getting fit and staying fit in the middle of "real life shit" is a skill. It can be learned. And I'll teach you how by the end of this episode. Hope it helps!
