One thing your hormones absolutely hate is not getting enough food. Hello, super restrictive diets! I'm not sure if you've noticed, the year just started and there's so much pressure to start a new diet, a new weight loss program, and whatnot. It may be tempting, but I am here to tell you to pause and make sure that it's really for you.
