Hey, design starters. It's a quick one today with marketing plan where you just have to follow five simple steps. The great thing about this plan is it's repeatable. It brings you leads. And if you keep going on edit, you will realize that your dream of having free flowing leads will keep coming on to you.

And it's not like you need to pay anything for it. You may have to obviously. Come up with your time and that could be money as well, but you don't have to fork out lots of, lots of money for this. It's all about understanding people. It's all about the psychology and it can be done over and over again.

So just let me get down to when it comes to marketing the thing about getting people to buy, shouldn't be about you trying to force people. People's throat down with what you sell. For example, if let's say you design logos and you want to market about your logo business, you don't go to a social media like Facebook or LinkedIn, whatever is Instagram and say, Hey, I do logos and, and.

You know, I do this so well that I have hundred customers with me and, and this. So you should come to me for logos as well. So if you put it in this way, you are talking a lot about yourself and this does not spark any, any wish for them to come to you because with this kind of message. All the more, you will tell them that they don't need your service, although they may need.

Right. But just that they couldn't see it because you are coming on as a way of talking more about you. But people only think about themselves at that moment when they have certain situations and you need to look at them by their eyes, $5 lenses. Right. So the first bit that I had that five steps, right?

So out of that five, the first step. That you can keep going with is first. You need to keep on asking yourself, what is your hook? What is this message that you can spark curiosity out of the people who are reading this message. Right. So step one is to come up with this hook, this hook. It's all about what's right.

This hook is, is more like things like for, for myself. And my business is like for me and this, we say we are unlimited graphic design company, right? So this is a great hook for a start. And you don't have to use this. You can use other things like boost your conversions and sales, right. Things like that.

It can be certain hook that you know, your customer so well, you use that. To make them feel like they don't know what you are doing, but they really want to know. So curiosity, spark that curiosity. So the first one is you have to have that clear message to first to start with step two is once you have that clear message, you must have that one line or one sentence to explain very clearly one thing, not two things, but just one thing.

For example, you don't say things like I help you save time and effort and boost yourself. These are too many things and you are targeting too many people at one time, which means that if somebody has enough time and enough money, but not much, the cells may read these sentences. Oh, you give me time. You give me less effort.

You helped me with less effort. And you give me sales, but I just want sales and what you are charging, maybe overpriced for me because you, you also save me time and all that, but I don't need that. So these people may be thinking this way. So you need to choose and select, which is that category you want to sell more to and choose that.

And a third step will be put this into. A landing page or a website. So we just create many landing page within your website. And that's fine. For example, if your domain name is design agency.com, you can have design agency.com/sales design, agency.com/time or things like that. So there is this landing page for just this set of people, or maybe you're targeting accountants.

Then you have design agency.com/accountants. That is fine. You don't have to overthink this, do it, build up the landing page with that hook, that one sentence. Okay. And this message will capture people's attention, the right people you need, and they will carry on going down the landing page to find out more and co with the call to action on your landing page, they will take the action to commit to whatever you're asking them to do.

That's the step three and then step four, you will start to give them a freebie. So this freebie can be anything from the tool. Depends on what you're designing. If you are a web designer and, you know, coding, you know how to create and build a quiz tool or, uh, a set off, um, AI power logo maker or something like that.

It depends on what you write, but this is an example. Come up with it, fast, something that you can come up within a few days, create that. And the landing page call to action will lead these people to sign up for this tool or this lead magnet. All these ebook. So it depends on what you, uh, uh, helping them with making sure that it solves your problem.

So, so this, um, freebie can be a workbook. That's helped them solve the, uh, say marketing funnel. This evil can be something that helped them with the daily design. Analysis of the, our own conversion of landing pages. So it depends on if you're selling logos and maybe this, this, um, ebook can be about how do you know how to create great logos and what with your designer, for example, to create a great brand or maybe rending, right?

So this freebie is to get them to learn more based on the hook that you have given right at the top of the landing page. Okay. So once I've created that the fifth step is to start sending them this PDF, this ebook, this lead magnet, this tool. And because you have already captured the email to send them this tool and this freebie, you can then give them emails that are helpful, that solve their problems and on an ongoing basis.

Yeah, because you have already gotten the permission to send them such things. And what happens, this is just very simple one. And you should just carry on with this and keep going on. So keeping this email list and this set of people who trust you already is a great way to be able to eventually tell them about your product because your product and service will help them on the long run.

And they have really. Have this, this trust and relationship with you through your emails. And of course your emails are helpful ones. I have to assume that, and you have to give helpful tips, helpful messages and emails. Yeah. And then you can recreate this again and again, for anything that you are working on.

So this is my take on marketing and planning and really putting things out. Simply so that you can get ongoing leads. So that's it for today. So I will catch up with you tomorrow. Bye.
