'Tis the Season of Change, yet sometimes we keep holding on and don't recognize when it is time to let go. We rebound, or bounce.
In this episode I talk about some things that can help you KNOW when to let go.
Spoiler alert: one of them is hearing your own voice, especially when it is dragggging on about something. That is when you need to "let go (of something - it could be your own judgment, btw), or be dragged!"
