In this episode of the Dialed Health podcast, we are joined by the 2022 Dialed Health Shred winners, Sierra and Wes. After the shred, Wes dropped 15.8 pounds and 4.7 inches, and Sierra dropped 9.4 pounds and 7.5 inches. How crazy is that?!
