25th Sunday of Ordinary Time with Fr. Daniel Kelley. With all the media coverage of finances and markets and money, the last thing most of us might want to hear in church is more money talk. Yet that is what our God has invited us here for today. As you might expect, Jesus has some interesting things to say. In particular, he encourages us to use our wealth and resources for the benefit of others. So perhaps our prayer today can be for the humility to recognize that what we have is not ours but God’s, and for the grace to be able to share it with our sisters and brothers.
