Nick Van Dyk has dabbled in all areas of real estate investing, but now is laser focused on Self Storage facilities in the US. Primarily based in Florida and Texas, he’s also exploring other states to invest in. Because of the relaxed development laws in many states, getting shovels in the ground and getting things built is way quicker than many parts of Canada. He’s now working on a new facility that will cost about 15 Million to build, but already has an appraised value of 22 Million!

Nick Van Dyk has more than 15 years of experience in real estate investing with the development, design and construction industry as well as previous project manager with multiple civil engineering projects in his previous career. Nick and his family have built an 8 figure real estate portfolio and they are now pivoting this knowledge and experience into self storage development projects in locations across the country valued up to $25M.
Nick and his family have accumulated real estate in Canada and the United States. With his past experience of investing in multiple countries, this knowledge is a great asset for future successful projects and investments in the self storage industry.
