We discuss the effect of the Texas abortion ban, which is phrased deliberately vaguely when exceptions are mentioned. This deliberate vagueness has prevented women from being able to cite the "exceptions to the ban", and has pressured doctors and other health care workers to do nothing to help women who are suffering the "exceptions" conditions. Women have died as a result.
