In this weeks episode we discuss that Massachusetts is one of if not the oldest state in the country. Locally most all land lots to be developed have been, leading to a shortage of new land for new construction. Boston has a high number of great colleges producing top level student graduates. Massachusetts attracts a high number of high paying employers looking to capitalize on that talent pool. A severe lack of inventory for sale has only exacerbated throughout the pandemic and beyond. We are in a situation where demand is so high it often leads to multiple offers and bidding wars just to find a place to live.
