Ok, let's face it--we're tired, ya'll! However, sleep is one of our foundational health habits that we often forget about. Over time, lack of sleep can actually accelerate the aging process! After turning 40 last year, I've had to make sleep and restoration a priority in order to see the results I want to see! today we are chatting with Age Reversal Expert, Larisa Petrini, about the benefits of sleep and how we can make healthy sleep habits part of our routine in order to reverse the clock on aging!

Hi, I’m Larisa. I’m an Age Reversal Expert known for turning back the clock 10 years. I am specialised in non-invasive reverse aging programs made to measured from your DNA.
