Welcome to the 54th episode of the Remember My Name Podcast! This is part 2 of a three-part episode where I interview former Army Ranger Micah Faustin. For this first episode, Micah talks about the history of the Army Rangers and how they became one of the premier special operations forces we know today.
He also discusses his first deployment where he lost two teammates and many others were wounded. His first trip was the most kinetic and most dangerous.
During his second deployment, he was attached to a Navy SEAL Team Six squadron and was one of the first Rangers to operate a new class of drones.
Micah talks about the fog of war, the struggles of looking back and reliving many tough experiences. However, he has come out of it mostly healed and ready to help others who have gone through similar experiences.
Tune in to episode 3 where Micah describes how he dealt with the unbelievable healing process that brought him to where he is today.
