Monica Adwani is a Partner at BRZ Insurance, with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Monica’s early life was far from easy. Despite an arranged marriage in her late teens, Monica decided to take charge of her life and pursue her dreams; she went to college, began a career, and has since become an inspiration for Latina women everywhere.
Now, Monica is an advocate for Latinx women, and she's using her platform to empower female entrepreneurs. In her podcast, Transcend with M, she shares her story of resilience, and interviews fellow entrepreneurs who were able to overcome difficult odds to make an impact in their respective fields.
Through her work, Monica hopes to show that anything is possible and that everyone has the power to chase their dreams. With her unique brand of authentic storytelling, Monica encourages other Latinas to break barriers and to reach for professional success.
