What is fear? (Fear is an emotion, emotion is an information sending signal to the brain telling you you need to do something regarding what emotion is it).

We had a conversation about what happens to our physical body and psychological function when we are in fear (shaking, heart beat raise up, cannot think, hasty)

We go over the responses we have when experiencing fear, Fight/Flight/Freeze.

We will provide you examples of each response and explain why each response gets activates during times of fear.

Lastly we will go over how our responses to fear, the Fight/Flight/Freeze can be adapt/change/evolve. Example of how our 13 years fear response (Fight/Flight/Freeze) is different to us in our 23 when we experience more and understand we change how we response to fear, either from fight to flight or from freeze to fight.

We end it with a breathing exercise.
