Love stories from listeners of Barangay LSFM are featured in this weekly radio program. Listen in as Papa Dudut reads the letter of a "kabarangay" who shares his/her heartfelt experience. A dramatization brings the audience closer to feeling the joy, the pain, the ups and downs of being in love--something that each one of us can relate to.

Today on No Restraints with Rudy Caseres my guest is Jess Stohlmann-Rainey. Jess works in suicide prevention as a consultant, peer support line supervisor, and speaks publicly about her story as an attempt and loss survivor. Topics include why forced treatment and police involvement are never the answer, why mental illness diagnoses are irrelevant, the right to suicide, and whether strip searches and forced catheterization is sexual assault. I’ve had the privilege of meeting with Jess a few times at various conferences and can’t say enough good things about her. We need more people not afraid to speak their mind and even piss people off. Because lives are at stake. You can also pledge your support at Patreon.com/RudyCaseres and PayPal.me/RudyC. Because it's for your own good.
