Eric W. Fulbright II is Best Buy's Director of Inclusive Cultures. A 22-year veteran of the organization, he helped Best Buy define "inclusive leadership" and become a great place to work. Eric believes that everyone has value and great leaders appreciate that value by purposely creating inclusive cultures.
