In this episode, I talk about our mental limitations, which keep us (stuck) where we are. I explore how much we are limiting ourselves, why people are getting sicker and not healthier, and why our mind with the corresponding belief systems limits us to move into a better life.
I also speak about my experiences with people not wanting to even explore the option of us humans being very complex beings and that there is more to us than our physical bdy and our (very limiting) mind.
