She aspires to catapult women into the next level of positive trajectory, whether in their professional or personal lives. Ela's journey to self-discovery and difficult life events made her aware of the issues that most women face. Despite this, many women continue to feel pressure to succeed and perform, which compromises their boundaries, well-being, and personal life. Ela encourages women to actively practice owning their presence through Female Leaders. Being committed to the path that each woman has chosen is difficult; it requires constant intention to stay, but it is unquestionably a journey worth taking.
