I walk you through a mindfulness technique to ground you & encourage you.
+ if you struggle with never feeling good enough, or as if you are constantly failing, today's show will bring you peace & guide you forward to embrace self-compassion, so that you start showing up differently, while believing you deserve more for your life.
Here is the real honest fact: You do deserve more!
