Kami as new parents we've lost a huge chunk of our time: mag feed ng baby, change diapers, play, paligo, and the cycle repeats itself for six times a day. Apart from the baby - magshshower ka pa, prepare ng pagkain, magligpit, maglinis, and the list goes on and on.

Pano na ang oras to achieve the bigger goals in life: becoming financially free, becoming good with our crafts, or building a thriving business that helps millions of people.

And in looking at one of the root causes why we're losing so much time during the day - it's because of our meals. Eating is a big part of our day we do it three times a day. But other than eating, you need to cook, do groceries, plate, and clean.

So in this episode we'll share with you our story on how we tackled this problem with time regarding our meals - we decided to learn how to meal prep.

This is an example of a 1% better strategy for us to have more time.

But this also applies to people who want to lose weight, have six pack abs, or gain self confidence to finally get that love life you've always yearned for.
