I'm the previous host of Work Your Energy, a show about consciousness, energy mastery and positive mental health - as I used spiritual techniques to eliminate my own depression. With the release of my new book - Human Origins, The Multiverse & Our Star Ancestry: Who we are, What Happened & Where we're Heading - my new show will be discussing the contents of it, plus many more concepts as we move into a new galactic era.
