Hey y'all, Coach Dave Ruekert here. Also known as Coach R because no one can pronounce my name correctly, lol. Rickert, Rookurt, Rikert, Ruckert, etc. Which one is it? Ask the Germans, maybe they know.
I'm a coach, a teacher, a husband, a dad, a thinker, a pondering, an analyst, a life long learner that wants to unleash my brain with the world.
I have so many thoughts and I try to write them down on paper, make digital notes, or discuss them with others. This podcast is all about unleashing my thoughts into audio. I might have a quote of my own, from someone else, or from a movie. Whatever it is, I'll share it and attempt to collect my thoughts to unleash those!
