In this week’s Mental Wellness Mondays episode, Danny & Dr Nyarai chat with Makhosi Mahlangu, the founder of the African Food Revolution, an organisation concerned with food production on the African continent. He is also the author of the award-winning book on Traditional African Foods entitled "Our Food, Our Heritage, Our Future". He explains his beliefs in the importance of eating foods that we grew up with from childhood and avoiding the over-processed fast foods of today.
