BIO Colin grew up in Grand Rapids Mi. When he was about eight years old, he started playing guitar. He played classical guitar but was also attending punk rock shows that his two older brothers would take him to. He listened to albums from everyone from the Sex Pistols to Yes, John Denver to Bad Brains. He played in a series of indie bands in both west Michigan, New York City, Seattle and Chicago.
