Scott Sanders has over 23 years of experience as a finance/accounting and business development professional. Mr. Sanders is currently the general manager at Peterson Farms Seed, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, helping drive forward the long-term vision by dreaming up the future for the company. Peterson Farms Seed is a privately-owned agricultural input supplier, operating in North Dakota, Minnesota, and South Dakota. Previously, Mr. Sanders has held leadership positions in the agriculture, aerospace & defense, and recruiting industries. Previous companies include Ernst & Young LLP, Alliant Techsystems, Inc. (ATK), and SkyWater Search Partners, Inc. Mr. Sanders received his Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia and his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN).
