He has experienced war, homelessness and depravity, but in France Alan Geaam managed to turn all of that around. This is a remarkable story about a person that went from having no money for food, to serving high end cuisine dishes in his Michelin starred restaurant in Paris. We met Alan in the kitchen at the French residence in Stockholm, where he prepared a French-Lebanese food fusion experience for the world-wide gastronomic event Good France.
