In this episode, I am joined by a dear soulmate of mine, Mikeë Campos - channel, reiki grand master and music producer - to dive deep into healing past life karma.
Mikeë shares his story of how past life karma has affected this lifetime, the healing he has been doing to make amends from things he’s done in past lifetimes, and how it is related to the trauma he endured in his childhood.
We talk about how to deal with karmic relationships, how to heal karmic bonds, to not get attached to the ‘story’ behind past life trauma, and how to forgive ourselves and others for things that have happened in previous timelines.
We share the magical - and at times excruciatingly painful - experience together of connecting through wild circumstances to come together and clear past life contracts and karma we had to balance.
