Ok, let's face it--we're tired, ya'll! However, sleep is one of our foundational health habits that we often forget about. Over time, lack of sleep can actually accelerate the aging process! After turning 40 last year, I've had to make sleep and restoration a priority in order to see the results I want to see! today we are chatting with Age Reversal Expert, Larisa Petrini, about the benefits of sleep and how we can make healthy sleep habits part of our routine in order to reverse the clock on aging!

Hi, I’m Larisa. I’m an Age Reversal Expert known for turning back the clock 10 years. I am specialised in non-invasive reverse aging programs made to measured from your DNA.

Hundreds of high-achieving women have sought my help to get back in shape, overcome chronic fatigue, solve dry and sagging skin and deal with moods and hormonal imbalances. Without plastic surgery or exhausting beauty regimens.

I used to be a corporate warrior, by the way. I worked, ate, and spent too much. At the expense of family and ME time… Then, one day at the beach, my 10-year marriage exploded. I wanted to crawl back into a hole. Instead
I cried myself out half a world away in Asia. I planted mangoes and wove mats with a tiny, toothless tribe lady. As I came back I was diagnosed with cancer. It turned out to be a false alarm, but those weeks made me switch gears.

Three years later I said goodbye to a successful executive position and promised myself I would help as many women as I can to avert that
kind of crisis.

Today I work with physicians and celebrities from Switzerland, Netherlands and US.
